WEDDING STYLING OPTIONS

  • Book this package 12-18 months out from your wedding day.

    The Stylist’s Bride is our full styling package that includes initial concept creation, event planning, supplier management, on-the-day coordination, management & styling.

    The Stylist’s Guide will remove all stressors from this department and will work with you to make your wedding day as unique as yourself!

    Here’s what you’ll get:

    1. Initial Consultation — Includes discussion of the overall event; ideas, guest numbers, venue, layouts and mapping out your mood board

    2. Event Styling Services

      • Event Consultations: This is where we will sit down to discuss and create your event concept, colour selections and supplier recommendations.

      • Supplier Relations: This service includes unlimited consultations with your suppliers, to be used for meeting with your florist, graphic designer, furniture hire, and more!

      • Site Consultations: As many site visits to your venue as needed with yourself and/or additional suppliers.

    3. Styling Development & Implementation Service — This is where all the magic happens; we will sit down with each individual supplier involved to discuss your ideas, your vision — to ensure your needs are met. We will keep all styling elements on track with unlimited email & phone communication throughout the whole process.

    4. Pre-event Coordination Service — Preparation of your styling schedule, run sheets and finalisation of your action plan.

    5. Event Day Coordination — on the day we will coordinate the delivery and collection from each supplier. With assistance from your chosen venue and/or on-site management, with up to 2 to 3 staff members (min. 5 hours, max. 8 hours)

    Please note:

    Any additional staff members required or any additional hours required on-site will be charged accordingly.

  • Book this package 6-12 months out from your wedding day.

    For the Finessed Bride who has an incredible vision, but isn’t sure how to execute it. In this package we will assist you with creative direction, selecting and sourcing styling elements, plus provide on-the-day coordination.

    Here’s what you get:

    1. Initial Consultation — Includes discussion of the overall event; ideas, guest numbers, venue, layouts and mapping out your mood board.

    2. Event Styling Services

      • Event Consultations: This is where we will sit down and discuss and create your event concept, colour selections and supplier recommendations.

      • Supplier Relations: These 5 consultations can be used for meeting with your suppliers, including: florist, graphic designer, furniture hire etc.

      • Site Consultation: A site visit to your venue with yourself and/or additional suppliers.

    3. Styling Development & Implementation Service — This is where all the magic happens; we will sit down with each individual supplier involved to discuss your ideas, your vision — and ensure your needs are met.   • Book this package 3-6 months out from your wedding day.

    After months of planning and organising, your day has finally arrived – the last thing you’ll want to do is stress about deliveries, and what time your suppliers are arriving on site.

    This is where The Bridal Helper package comes in! We’ll assist you in finalising all of your styling details prior to the wedding day, and ensure everything runs smoothly on your big day.

    Here’s what you get:

    1. Initial Consultation – Includes discussion of the overall event; your ideas, guest numbers, venue, layouts and logistics for on the day coordination.

    2. Event Styling Recommendations - We will check over everything and make sure nothing has been missed! This includes providing additional supplier recommendations if needed.

    3. Site Consultation: A site visit to your venue with yourself and/or additional suppliers.

    4. Pre-event Coordination Service – We will be your go-to-girls throughout the planning process. This includes unlimited phone/email communication until your big day, plus any in-person consultations needed throughout the planning process to ensure everything is on track. We will create a run sheet, styling schedule and action plan for the day and send to all necessary contacts.

    5. Event Day Coordination — on the day we will coordinate the delivery and collection from each supplier. With assistance from your chosen venue and/or on-site management, with up to 2 staff members (min. 3 hours, max. 5 hours)

  • Book this package 6-12 months out from your wedding day (the process won’t start any earlier than 6 months out)

    Have you organised everything for your big day, and are just looking for someone to pull it all together while you’re getting ready? You’ve found us!

    To help your wedding day run as smoothly as possible and ensure all of your supplier deliveries are set-up on time, we offer ‘The Set-Up’ service - specifically dedicated to on the day coordination.

    Here’s what you get:

    1. Initial Consultation – This is where we run through everything you’ve organised, including suppliers, on the day deliveries, venue layouts and set-up details. We will also discuss the nitty-gritty details which weren’t included in our discovery call.

    2. Site Consultation: A site visit to your venue with yourself and/or additional suppliers.

    3. Pre-event Coordination Service – We’ll be there for you over email or the phone to answer any questions, right up until your big day. We will create a wedding day run sheet and action plan for the day to send to all necessary contacts.

    4. Event Day Coordination — on the day we will coordinate the delivery and collection from each supplier. With assistance from your chosen venue and/or on-site management, with up to 2 staff members (min. 5 hours, max. 8 hours)

    For those who are wanting something a little more low-key, but a day that’s just as magical - this package is for those who have a min. 10 and max. 50 guests. Come to us with your own vision, and have us take care of the rest!

    1. Initial Consultation – Includes discussion of the overall event; ideas, guest numbers, venue, layouts and mapping out your mood board.

    2. Event Styling Service

      • Event Consultations: This is where we will sit down to discuss and create your event concept, colour selections and supplier recommendations.

      • Creative consultation: We will help you with concept creation, colour selections and supplier recommendations.

      • Site Consultation: As many site visits to your venue as needed with yourself and/or additional suppliers.

    3. Styling Planning Service – This is where all the magic happens; we will sit down with each individual supplier involved to discuss your ideas, your vision — and ensure your needs are met. We will keep all styling elements on track with unlimited email & phone communication throughout the whole process.
