Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow extra time to receive your order if you are in regional or country areas, WA and NT.
The Stylist’s Guide will seek to ensure that delivery takes place in accordance with agreed delivery terms. However, failure to meet the delivery target shall not entitle the customer to terminate the purchase or obtain a refund unless such failure is due to the act or neglect of The Stylist’s Guide. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, The Stylist’s Guide shall deliver the goods to customers at the premises specified in the order form. The Stylist’s Guide shall have no liability if the delivery premises' address is incorrect (or insufficient). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery details are correct and sufficient. All packages will be left on the premises of the stated address if no-one is available when delivery occurs.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Since we ship to Australia Only we use Australia Regular Post. This provides the ability to track your order through the courier website. This provides an ability to track your order through the courier website. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking code will be sent to your nominated email address.

Please note the tracking number can take up to 24 hours to be registered within its system. If you have any queries about your delivery, please call Australia Post.

All Returns must be made within 14 days of Purchase.
Please be advised that our online store does not offer returns or credits on any sale or discounted item. Please note all sale items are final.

We will refund your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods excluding delivery costs. On an exchange delivery will be charged. Please note all sale items are final.
Please note if a refund is required, once requested through payment secure monies can take up to 10 days to appear back in your bank account.

What is a faulty item?
- Item(s) that have wrongly been described.
- Goods that are different to what you ordered.
- Have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
If you receive a product which has a defect you must notify us in writing in an email within 5 days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please ensure that you include your order number and details of the defect. Once your email has been received we will contact you regarding the replacement.

The Stylist’s Guide warrants that all goods which are promoted for sale on this website are of satisfactory quality before we deliver them to you. Whilst we take care to ensure descriptions, designs and colours are correct, product representations may vary from what you see on your individual monitor.
The Stylist’s Guide takes no responsibility for any damage or harm that may come from products bought from this site. The purchaser when making any purchase takes full responsibility for the use of all products.
All of the wooden cake and cupcake toppers purchased from this site are finished by hand and are not food safe. This is why our supplier has attached a 3mm acrylic stick to the plywood. By purchasing these cake and cupcake toppers you accept the responsibility to use the toppers appropriately and inform others of the allergy risks .
We respect your privacy, any information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned. Any information received will be handled with the upmost care, however, often we will need to pass on personal details such as your name and address to companies who perform parts of our service i.e. freight companies.
