CREATIVE CONSULTATIONS

Our Creative Consultations are perfect for those who want to put in the work to organise their event themselves, but aren’t sure where to start!

Consultations are our bread and butter; It’s what sets us apart from the rest; as we love to sit down with you and get to the nitty gritty of your event and what makes it special and unique. We have three consultation options, depending on your needs and budget.

The options:

  1. Full Service Consultation

    • initial consultation (1.5-2hr), where we discuss the overall event; ideas, guest numbers, venue and layouts

    • we help you create your event mood board, colour palette and supply original ideas, based on our initial consultation

    • 1 x meeting with a vendor of choice, or site visit to the venue with client - depending on your needs, you choose what suits you best

  2. Mini Consultation

    • initial consultation (30-45 mins), where we discuss the overall event; ideas, guest numbers, venue and layouts

    • we help you create your event mood board + colour palette, based on our initial consultation

  3. Custom consultation

    • initial consultation (30-45 mins), where we discuss the overall event; ideas, guest numbers, venue and layouts

    • based on our initial consult, we will work with you to create a customised consultation package that suits your budget and needs

How do they work?

One of our event specialists will be at your consultation to discuss the requirements of your event (either in our lovely Felixstow office or via Zoom). Based on your chosen consultation package, we will provide you with the tools, tips and tricks you need to plan the perfect event; which includes a custom mood board + colour palette to get you started.

Will I need additional consulations to the ones listed above?

The number of consults required is all relevant to your event and your needs. If you think you will need additional help in planning your event, get in touch - one of our other services may be better suited!

Need some extra assistance in the days and weeks leading up? Here’s what we can help with:

DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS:

for an additional cost we an assist with the deliveries and collections of your prop hire, stationary and signage items, these can be arranged with us no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
