Get To Know The Face & Florals Behind Kilter

In early 2020, a seed was planted. Born from a love of nature, colour and aroma, Kilter has grown quickly in just 2 short years with its diverse approach to floristry.

Now blossomed and thriving creatively, Kilter aims to bring love to hearts and spaces through their bespoke bloomy vision. Offering experimental ideas in the realm of florals, Kilter pushes boundaries with their creative styling that adds a touch of magic to advertising and editorial content as well as events.

The Stylist’s Guide has had the honour of working with Kilter on many occasions, with the pairing of our teams a match made in event heaven! We spoke with Kilter Director, Emilie Cervelli, about our work together and some of her favourite moments.

What do you love most about working with The Stylist’s Guide?

Working with The Stylist’s Guide has been such a joy and privilege. I love that we have such a strong passion for seeing events come to life and pushing our creative boundaries as much as we can to create the best possible outcome for our clients. We have known each other for a while now and I can honestly say there is no one better than The Stylist’s Guide to create your next event.

What is your most favourite event you have worked on together?

One of my favourite events that we have worked on together would have to be our most recent: Florencia’s first birthday [pictured below]. From the location to atmosphere and whimsical garden look, we had such a pleasure in creating the florals for this space. The night was magical and enchanted.

Do you have any events you are looking forward to working on with The Stylist’s Guide in the near future?

We are always excited for our upcoming events with The Stylist’s Guide but we are certainly hanging out for one of our corporate client’s mid-year awards. We will be trying some exciting new techniques that we haven’t yet done but have been itching to do. We can’t wait to see this one come together!

What should clients keep in mind when choosing suppliers for their event?

When choosing your suppliers, it is always important to make sure that you feel safe and confident that they will create and deliver something of quality and create brand new concepts to make sure your dream event becomes a reality.

What do you love most about your job?

This is a tough question! There is a lot I love about my job and I feel so blessed that I get to do what I love every single day. I think one of my most favourite things would have to be how I get to work alongside some amazing suppliers and clients that inspire me, believe in my brand and let my floral mind run wild.
