We’ll use this time to discuss your ideas, objectives and event scope, to establish a vision for your event and identify a brief. From this consultation, we’ll go away to come up with a quote that reflects your event requirements.

To make sure we execute your event to the highest standard, we require 2-3 styling consultations prior, to ensure everything is on track, requirements are met and the finer details are finalised.

Stuck with ideas?supplier recommendations

We have an extensive list of preferred suppliers, which we love to work with and continue to use for our events. For just $150, we can give you up to five recommendations to help execute your event.

We plan, you relax – email & phone follow up

In the lead up to your event we’ll be planning everything to the last detail, liaising with suppliers and making sure everything is on track. We want to keep you up-to-date throughout the entire process!

We’re all time poor, especially when it comes to organising deliveries, following up suppliers, coordinating collections and finalising a venue. That’s what we’re here for; we’ll be there to assist you when you most need it.

Have you got a vision for your event, but aren’t sure where to start? Our favourite thing to do is make that vision a reality. We can assist with your styling purchases and put it all together on the day.

On the day of your event, the last thing you want to be doing is stressing about everything coming together perfectly. We’ll make it easy, fun and hassle free with our on the day event coordination and styling. We’ll coordinate the set up, ensure all deliveries are on track, style your event and look after the finer details.

The Styling Sessionwe’ve got the ideas & props you need

If you’ve got an idea, we want to execute it. The Styling Session includes:

  • one consultation
  • list of recommended suppliers, venues and their contact details
  • The Stylist Guide’s prop hire (to the value of $150)

The Finishing Toucheson the day set up & coordination

We’ll help you turn your event into an occasion with all the finishing touches:

  • one meeting at the venue
  • one meeting prior to the event
  • coordination with the venue
  • coordination with suppliers
  • one staff member to provide on the day set up and coordination (9:00am – 7:00pm)

Wedding Packages

We say ‘I Do’ with youcoordination, management & styling

Every wedding is unique. We make sure your vision is reflected in each element of your wedding day. We say ‘I Do’ with you includes:

  • initial meeting (discussion of ideas, styling and setup)
  • two venue site visits
  • assistance with sourcing items from our preferred suppliers, arranging quotes and coordinating with the venue
  • wedding day coordination – 10hrs on site with two staff members
  • coordination of delivery, set up and collection
  • follow up and communication with you throughout the planning process

Corporate Packages

For the Fashionistastyling session with Cimon Vozzo

Our senior fashion stylist Cimon is highly regarded in Adelaide for her fashion knowledge and stylish eye. For the Fashionista includes:

  • run down of current trends, styling advice and fashion do's and don't with Cimon
  • sourcing suppliers
  • coordination of overall event, supplier delivery and collection
  • use of The Stylist Guide’s drink station props
  • styling of venue (excluding props)

*Depending on the venue we can also help with Visual Merchandising.
