what we offer

Let’s meet - initial consultation

We’ll use this time to discuss your ideas, objectives and event scope, to establish a vision for your event and identify a brief. From this consultation, we’ll go away to come up with a quote that reflects your event requirements.

Consult, style, repeat– styling consultation

To make sure we execute your event to the highest standard, we require 2-3 styling consultations prior, to ensure everything is on track, requirements are met and the finer details are finalised.

Stuck with ideas? – supplier recommendations

We have an extensive list of preferred suppliers, which we love to work with and continue to use for our events. For just $150, we can give you up to five recommendations to help execute your event.

The wow factor – floristry meeting

Let us help you create the wow factor with beautiful bouquets, stunning centerpieces or a standout arrangement.

In the lead up to your event we’ll be planning everything to the last detail, liaising with suppliers and making sure everything is on track. We want to keep you up-to-date throughout the entire process!

We’re all time poor, especially when it comes to organising deliveries, following up suppliers, coordinating collections and finalising a venue. That’s what we’re here for; we’ll be there to assist you when you most need it.

Have you got a vision for your event, but aren’t sure where to start? Our favourite thing to do is make that vision a reality. We can assist with your styling purchases and put it all together on the day. 

From start to finish – on the day event coordination & styling

On the day of your event, the last thing you want to be doing is stressing about everything coming together perfectly. We’ll make it easy, fun and hassle free with our on the day event coordination and styling. We’ll coordinate the set up, ensure all deliveries are on track, style your event and look after the finer details.


Event Packages

The Styling Session – event coordination & styling

If you’ve got an idea, not sure where to start? We want to execute it. This is our most popular package especially when it comes to birthday parties, bridal showers + small intimate events! The Styling Session includes:

  • one consultation (if necessary)

  • management & coordination with external suppliers

  • liaising with suppliers and making sure everything is on track.

  • keep you up-to-date throughout the entire process!

  • sourcing items and following up suppliers

  • coordinating deliveries + collections

* When it comes to the set up of the event, our most popular service matched with this is From start to finish – on the day event coordination & styling
* Additional costs for the inclusion of our prop hire

The Finishing Touches – on the day set up & coordination

We’ll help you turn your event into an occasion with all the finishing touches:

  • one meeting at the venue

  • one meeting prior to the event

  • coordination with the venue

  • coordination with suppliers

  • unlimited phone + email follow up with client

  • two staff members to provide on the day set up and coordination (approx 8 - 10 hours on site)

*Post event collection or pack down not included and can be quoted separately if required


Wedding Packages

Not all of our services suit everyones needs and every wedding is unique! When it comes to Wedding planning, we like to take the stress away from you and we make sure your vision is reflected in each element of your wedding day! Our Wedding Package We say ‘I Do’ with you has our basic services included:

  • let’s meet - initial consultation (discussion of ideas, styling and setup)

  • two venue site visits

  • one additional meeting with client not at venue

  • the wow factor – floristry meeting

  • assistance with sourcing items from our preferred suppliers, arranging quotes and coordinating with the venue

  • management and coordination with chosen suppliers

  • the finishing touches – on the day set up & coordination

  • coordination of delivery, set up + collection

  • unlimited follow up and communication with you throughout the planning process

Getting married and think that our wedding package doesn’t suit the requirements of your wedding? That is no problem at all, book yourself in for an Initial Consultation with our Creative Director and after you meet, she will tailor something to suit the requirements of your Wedding day!


Corporate Packages

For the Fashionista – styling session with Cimon Vozzo

Our senior fashion stylist Cimon is highly regarded in Adelaide for her fashion knowledge and stylish eye. Not only that Cimon is one of Adelaide’s leading personal and Editorial Stylists. Cimon has a precise eye for fashion whether it is styling fashion editorials or being one on one personal styling she loves helping women shop for their body shape.

Our For the Fashionista includes:

  • Coordination + Management of suppliers (up to 10 hours)

  • Site Visit to chosen location + 1 meeting prior to the event

  • Email + Phone follow up with suppliers

  • Email + Phone follow up with client

  • 1 meeting with Cimon Vozzo at chosen location to discuss the requirements of the event

  • On the Day Event Coordination + Set Up (minimum of 2 - 2.5 hours)

  • Running of the Event will include: A run down of current trends, styling advice and fashion do's and don't with Cimon, Social Media on the evening of the event with our Executive Marketing Assistant

  • The Stylist’s Guide will also provide coordination of overall event, supplier delivery and collection

  • Styling of venue (excluding The Stylist’s Guide props)

Make an impression – launch party

Launch your business, product or project with our industry expertise.
