Working with the couple from concept through to execution, our most popular “The Bridal Helper” package ensured every element of their day was thoughtfully curated and seamlessly delivered.
This styling & coordniation package includes creation of your overall aesthetic, colour palette and mood board to ensure your Wedding looks and feels like you.
Next we’ll work with our trusted network of suppliers to bring that vision to life. We’ll save you hours of research, planning and supplier liasion, while creating a cohesive look and feel that will leave guests in awe wondering “how did they do it”
On the day, we were there as their eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring every detail was executed to perfection. The result was a beautifully cohesive celebration that felt both elevated and deeply personal to the couple.
Maja – A 30th Birthday Turned Surprise Wedding
Service: Custom Wedding & Milestone Package
Maja’s celebration was one for the books. A 30th birthday that transformed into a surprise wedding. For this event, we created a custom package, combining elements of our Planned to Perfection wedding service with our end-to-end milestone event offering. Whether it’s a birthday, christening, baptism, or wedding, our approach remains the same — we guide you through the entire process, from planning and styling to execution. For Maja’s event, this meant sourcing the venue, developing the event aesthetic, coordinating suppliers, and managing the day from start to finish.

Service: On-the-Day Coordination Package
Jayde and Carlos came to us having already planned their wedding; they just needed someone to bring it all together.
Our On-the-Day Coordination Package is perfect for couples who have done the planning but want peace of mind knowing everything will run smoothly. From managing supplier arrivals to overseeing setup and pack-down, we step in to ensure every detail is executed exactly as planned. On the day, we acted as their on-site eyes and ears, problem solvers, and calm presence. Ensuring the entire celebration unfolded seamlessly. With everything taken care of behind the scenes, Jayde and Carlos were able to fully relax and soak in every moment of their day.
