What a year it’s been at The Stylist’s Guide. From intimate family milestones to large-scale celebrations and brand-led activations, we’ve had the privilege of bringing so many beautiful moments to life. As we wrap up the year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on some of the standout events that made 2025 so special.

Massimo’s Baptism

Creating events for little ones will always pull at our heartstrings. But this one was even more sentimental, as it was for our beautiful nephew, Massimo.

Leaning into the warm, moody aesthetic of Fugazzi's private dining room, we designed a palette of deep reds, luxe textures and chrome accents. The result was a sophisticated yet family-focused celebration that felt perfectly tailored to the space and the occasion.

Alexia & Giuseppe’s Wedding

A truly perfect day at the Adelaide Convention Centre for Alexia & Giuseppe’s Wedding Day.

To help bring their dream day to life, the couple chose a customised On-the-day Coordination package, which included:

Florist consultation
Multiple site visits
Two planning consultations
A full venue run-through
Styling schedule & run sheet creation
Complete on-the-day coordination and setup

In the lead-up, we ensured the couple were kept informed on every detail, allowing them to enjoy the process and stay excited from start to finish.

Remi’s Christening

Remi’s Christening was filled with thoughtful, tactile details. Our favourite kind.

Some standout moments included:

Fresh bread used as organic table centrepieces
Custom scalloped napkins stamped with Remi’s initials
Bespoke tablecloths created in the perfect shade of green

South Australia’s Gather Round Lunch

Last week we were lucky enough to be a part of the Gather Round celebrations, working with @southaustralia to concept, style and bring together a gorgeous lunch at Station Road Adelaide.

Featuring mini footballs, fresh produce displayed en masse, and pops of yellow to honour the SA brand, this event was the perfect blend of sport, style and sunshine. A truly beautiful day to be part of.

Helen’s 40th Birthday

What’s better than celebrating your 40th than a sun-soaked long lunch at home with your closest friends?

We worked with Helen to concept, create and coordinate her dream 40th birthday soirée, featuring soft pink and blue tones with a fun pop of red woven throughout. A relaxed yet elegant celebration that felt true to who she is.
